Puppet Stage

 

One of the new ministries at Mena First Assembly of God is the Puppet Ministry. Our mission is to share God's Word in a way that people, no matter their age, want to hear. We take our ministry to anyone and everyone. We share His Word in a fun and lively manner. As a matter of fact, if you go away with one of our songs stuck in your mind and you find yourself humming it all the time, then we have done our job. We have implanted the Word of God in your mind!

The puppet ministry has been so successful until we now have two puppet groups! Our older group, The Jubilee Band, is made up of children whose ages are 10 to 16 years old. The newest and youngest group, The Glory Band, is for ages 5 to 9.

These kids are eager, dedicated puppeteers and their enthusiasm shows in their performance as they share the Word of God with their puppets. If you are interested in having one of our puppet teams minister at your church or community function, just let us know. We are always looking for opportunities to serve our Lord.

 What is BGMC

 
BGMC is the missions education emphasis for children in the Assemblies of God. It provides resources to help teach kids about missions. It supports our missionaries in their fields of ministry in America and around the world.

Did you know? Among the Assemblies of God Missionaries, 85% were called to be missionaries while they were between the ages of 9 and 13!
